📦 Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Each jewelry piece is carefully inspected before packing to ensure premium quality for every customer.
⚠️ During sale seasons or holidays, processing time may take slightly longer due to high order volume.
2. Delivery Time

Inside Bangladesh: 3–5 working days

International Delivery: 10–20 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
We use trusted courier partners such as Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, DHL, or FedEx for both local and international shipments.
3. Shipping Charges

Inside Bangladesh: Minimal delivery charge (displayed at checkout)

International Orders: Shipping cost depends on the destination country and package weight, automatically calculated during checkout.
Note: Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this number to track your delivery status anytime.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take every precaution to pack and ship your order safely.
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected time, please contact us at info@ornamentshouse.com within 3 days of receiving (or expected delivery date).
💖 Return & Exchange Policy
We always want you to love what you receive!
However, please note that returns or exchanges are only accepted at the time of delivery, and only available for orders within Bangladesh.
When your parcel arrives, please:
✅ Check the product carefully in front of the delivery person.
✅ If you notice any issue — such as a wrong item, defect, or damage — you can return or exchange it immediately through the delivery agent.
Once the delivery is completed and the product is accepted, we’re unable to offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Earrings are non-returnable once worn, for hygiene reasons.
